DevOps & platform engineering

Every release, routine

We build the pipelines, platforms and practices that let your teams ship small changes often, safely and without late-night heroics.

Overview

Ship faster without breaking things

Slow, risky releases are a symptom of manual steps and inconsistent environments. We automate the path from commit to production, standardise environments as code and give developers a paved road they actually want to use.

From the first pipeline to a full internal developer platform on Kubernetes, we measure progress with the four DORA metrics so the improvement is visible to engineering and to the business.

What you get

  • CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security scanning
  • GitOps deployment to Kubernetes and serverless
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform and policy as code
  • Internal developer platform and golden paths
  • DORA metrics tracked from day one

How it works

An automated path from commit to production

Every change flows through the same automated stages, and feedback from production shapes the next change.

Diagram: a six-stage delivery pipeline — plan and code, build, test, secure, deploy and operate — with a feedback loop from production back to planning.

Capabilities

Engineering practices that compound

CI/CD pipelines

Fast, reliable pipelines with automated builds, tests and approvals for every service.

Kubernetes platforms

Production-grade clusters with autoscaling, service mesh options and secure multi-tenancy.

Infrastructure as code

Terraform and policy as code so every environment is reproducible and reviewable.

DevSecOps

Dependency, container and secret scanning built into the pipeline, not bolted on afterwards.

Developer platform

Self-service templates and golden paths that let teams create services in minutes.

DORA metrics

Deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate and time to restore, reported monthly.

FAQ

DevOps questions

We already have CI/CD. Can you still help?

Yes. We usually start by measuring your current DORA metrics, then remove the bottlenecks that matter most, such as slow tests, manual approvals or inconsistent environments.

Do you only work with Kubernetes?

No. We build on Kubernetes where it fits, and also on serverless, managed container services and virtual machines. The goal is the simplest platform that meets your needs.

Which tools do you use?

Common choices include GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Terraform, Ansible and Helm. We work with your existing tools where sensible and document every decision.

Will our team be able to run it after you?

Yes. Everything is built as code with documentation and runbooks, and we pair with your engineers throughout so the knowledge stays in-house.
