Cloud operations questions
Which cloud providers do you support?
We operate workloads on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud, as well as private cloud and on-premises virtualisation. Many clients run a mix, and we manage them through one platform and one team.
Do we keep ownership of our cloud accounts?
Yes. Your accounts, subscriptions and data remain yours. We operate with least-privilege access that you can review or revoke at any time, and every change is logged.
How do you take over an existing environment?
We start with a two-to-three-week assessment, bring the environment under monitoring and infrastructure as code, document runbooks, and then take over operations in a planned cut-over with your team.
Can you help reduce our cloud bill?
Yes. FinOps is part of every cloud operations engagement: we tag and allocate costs, remove idle resources, rightsize workloads and plan commitments, and report savings every month.
