The challenge

Downtime has become a board-level risk

Outages are expensive, and most are preventable with disciplined operations and tested recovery.

of mid-size and large enterprises say one hour of downtime costs them more than $300,000.

put the cost of a single hour of downtime at $1 million to over $5 million.

of human-error outages trace back to procedures not followed or flawed processes.

What we do

Four services, one operating model

Each service stands on its own, and together they form one integrated platform run by one accountable team.

How we work

One continuous loop, from build to recovery

Every engagement follows the same operating loop. Each turn makes your platform faster, cheaper and harder to break.

  1. 01

    Build

Landing zones, pipelines and infrastructure as code, reviewed and repeatable.

  2. 02

    Run

24/7 operations, patching, scaling and cost control by one accountable team.

  3. 03

    Observe

Full-stack monitoring, alerting and service-level tracking you can see live.

  4. 04

    Recover

Replication, failover and recovery runbooks that are tested, not assumed.

  5. 05

    Improve

Post-incident reviews, FinOps and tuning fed straight back into the next build.

    • Architecture and risk review
    • Cost and resilience baseline
  2. Phase 02

    Design

    3–4 weeks
    • Target architecture
    • RPO and RTO per workload
  3. Phase 03

    Build & migrate

    6–12 weeks
    • Landing zone as code
    • Migration in planned waves
  4. Phase 04

    Operate

    Ongoing
    • 24/7 operations and support
    • Live service dashboards

FAQ

Questions we are often asked

What does LoopStack do?

LoopStack is a Riyadh-based cloud operations company. We run cloud infrastructure 24/7, engineer data platforms and warehouses, build DevOps pipelines and platforms, and provide Disaster Recovery as a Service with tested recovery objectives.

Do you work with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud?

Yes. We operate workloads on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud, as well as private cloud and on-premises environments, often in hybrid or multi-cloud combinations.

Can our data stay inside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We design architectures that keep personal and regulated data in the Kingdom using in-country cloud regions and data centres where required, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) controls.

How does an engagement start?

Most engagements begin with a two-to-three-week assessment of your architecture, risks, costs and recovery readiness. You receive a baseline and a prioritised plan, whether or not you continue with us.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Yes. Our operations centre runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a 15-minute response target for priority-1 incidents on managed platforms.

What makes your disaster recovery different?

We do not stop at replication. Every recovery plan is orchestrated, documented per workload and drilled on a schedule, with a signed report showing the measured recovery point and recovery time.
